In June 2020, Dr. Jeremy Felt, a dentist, reached out to me needing help finding land to build a larger office.

We were able to find a parcel of land that was in the ideal location, but it was too large for a stand-alone office. We purchased the parcel and sold him a portion that was suitable for his stand-alone office.
