In 2015 Dr. Cory Price, an Orthodontist in Roy, Utah, contacted us to help him find a new location to move his practice. Dr. Price opened his practice in 2008 in a professional / Medical office building. The building was located in the back of the development unseen from the road. Despite the location, Dr. Price did build a successful practice, but he knew he could grow it even more given the right location and office design.
Needs
- Additional space (Current Space is 3,000 square feet)
- Improved office location and design
- Ownership of the Real Estate.
We performed an extensive search of the area and found some options for him to consider. Only one option appealed to him which was a 1-acre lot across the intersection from his current location. The seller was reluctant to sell because they were holding out for a bank to purchase the lot. After four years of continuous looking, and repeated inquiries to the seller of the acre lot, the owner consented to sell the property.

Dr. Price needed us to participate in the project so it could be financed. In the end, we financed the project, subdivided the building into three office condominium units, and he purchased his condominium.
Through our participation in the project, it was financed and completed. Dr. Price is in his desired location in a brand-new office that serves the needs of his practice.
